It is being reported that Avenged Sevenfold drummer, Jimmy “The Rev” Sullivan, passed away back in December of ‘09 as a result of a combination drug and alcohol overdose.  He took prescription drugs mixed with alcohol that led to acute polydrug intoxication.  This is what was being reported by the Orange County Coroner after 5-6 different tests.  It is a sad loss of a very talented drummer.

As a result of U.S. District Judge Thomas Coffin’s ruling yesterday, adult megastar Janine Lindemulder will be forced to spend at least another four months in a halfway house, allegedly for violating the rules set down by her former halfway house, and must cease all adult work during that time… but the good news is, she can remain married to her new husband, Jeremy Aikman.
