The judge in the case apparently agrees that this is one celebrity sex tape lawsuit filed in earnest. He issued a TRO Monday barring Jennifer Lopez’ ex-husband from distributing a movie that purportedly contains racy home video from the couple’s 1997 honeymoon.

Singer Marc Anthony has bought into the Miami Dolphins franchise along side Gloria Estefan.  Anthony and wife Jennifer Lopez were photographed holding up official jerseys as the announcement was made.  Anthony will perform the national anthem when the Dolphins host the New York Jets on ESPN’s Monday Night Football on Oct. 12 as part of the NFL’s celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month.  Obviously there is no shortage of half time entertainment for years to come.
