Police reports reveal multiple pill possibilities leading to Luna Vachon’s death.  There were multiple unknown pills scattered along with prescription pills in her bedroom.  There was a plate with pill residue and a straw found.  Authorities also found a box containing Oxycodone in Luna’s kitchen.  Obviously everyone will have to wait on the toxicology reports to come back to make sure.  Either way this whole situation is a shame.

Gertrude (Luna) Vachon has passed away at the age of 48.  She last competed in the WWE during the early 2000’s.  She had her own unique style which made her stand out from the rest of the superstars.  She has a reputation for being very sweet behind the scenes and we are sure she’ll be missed.

Former WWE Superstar Lance Cade has passed away at the age of 29 due to heart failure.  Lance McNaught (real name) leaves behind two daughters and many to wonder how someone in the prime of their lives could go this early.  He has admitted in past interviews that he struggled with sleeping pills and more than likely they have caught up to him. 

Actor Maury Chaykin has passed away at the age of 61 due to kidney problems.  It is being reported he died the morning of his birthday surrounded by his family and friends.  His last role was on the HBO Show ‘Entourage’.

Jack “The Assassin” Tatum has passed away due to heart attack at the age of 61.  He played ten years in the NFL & was ranked by NFL Films as the sixth hardest hitter ever to take the field.  He was a throwback game changer that made offenses a bit nervous.

We are saddened to announce that Kaye Cowher, wife of former Steeler Coach Bill Cowher, has passed away at the age of 54.  Apparently she has fought a quiet battle vs. skin cancer and lost.  She leaves behind her husband and three daughters Megan, Lauren, and Lindsay.

The world of movies mourns the loss of James Gammon who has passed away after a battle with cancer of the adrenal glands and liver.  He died at his daughters home in California surrounded by his loved ones.  He was best known as the salty “Major League” manager Lou Brown.

Legendary Yankees Owner, George Steinbrenner, has passed away at the age of 80.  He died of a massive heart attack in Tampa, FL. in the early morning hours.  He celebrated his final birthday on July 4th.

It is being reported that the two year old son of Randall Cunningham, Christian, has accidentally drowned in the family’s hot tub. The former NFL quarterback wasn’t home at the time of the incident.  A woman who was apparently with several children at the house discovered the lifeless body floating in the water and attempted CPR until the paramedics arrived but it was too late.  It is indeed a sad story and our hearts go out to Randall and his family.

Police in Des Moines, Iowa say autopsy results show the bassist for heavy metal band Slipknot died of an accidental overdose of morphine and fentanyl.  Paul Gray’s body was found on May 25 by a hotel worker with a needle present next to him and pills in the room.  He was 38 years of age.
